The boarding house concept—combining the features of an apartment and a hotel—is underscored by the elegant, urban, and functional interior design. It offers an interesting alternative without having to forgo hotel services such as towels, bed linens, etc.



The apartment is innovatively furnished with an eye for detail. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 2 people. An elevator is available.



Spanning 27 m², it features a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a coffee maker, a hand blender, and enough cooking utensils to prepare everything from breakfast to a midday snack to dinner.



The table in the dining area, complete with two chairs, is multifunctional and, thanks to its technical features, can also be used as a desk. Naturally, the apartment features free internet access, an internet-enabled smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio.



The 1.40 m wide box-spring bed in the sleeping area offers the highest level of sleeping comfort.

The coat rack in the entryway and the wardrobe, as well as the cozy sitting area with an armchair and ottoman, round out the furnishings.



This functional, elegant design continues in the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A vanity cabinet, mirror, hair dryer, and soap dispenser are also part of the standard furnishings.
