Nestled just south of the Clark Fork River and minutes from downtown Missoula, Rose Park is a beloved neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, historic charm, and community spirit. Originally one of the earliest areas developed south of the river, it features a mix of early 20th-century bungalows, ranch-style homes, and quiet residential blocks shaded by mature trees. The neighborhood’s unique layout — including the quirky diagonal “slant” streets — gives it character and a relaxed, walkable feel.

With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
