The “Busche” vacation home in Sögel is the ideal retreat for anyone who appreciates nature, outdoor activities, and relaxation. Located right next to the sprawling, park-like Clemenswerth Castle grounds, you’ll enjoy surroundings that are perfect for long hikes, varied bike rides, and peaceful moments in the heart of nature.

This modern and comfortably furnished vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a cozy living room with a TV and stereo, and a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet. Two lovingly furnished bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds—ensure restful nights after eventful days.

Dog owners in particular will feel right at home here: the surroundings, rich in forests and meadows, are a true paradise for your dog. Your dog is warmly welcome and may move freely throughout the house—only the beds are off-limits for hygienic reasons. A small daily fee applies for your companion.

A real highlight is the covered terrace, where you can spend relaxing hours outdoors even when the weather is changeable. The entire house is smoke-free.

As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weight area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request

The Sögel vacation home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will still be observed during construction!
