Escape to paradise in our luxurious building, complete with four rooftop pools and a stunning bar overlooking the ocean. Our guests enjoy the convenience of free private parking and the security of 24-hour surveillance. Apartment is on the ground floor. Just a stone's throw away from the famous 5th Avenue, our location is unbeatable. Come experience the ultimate relaxation and indulgence in our little slice of heaven.

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.
We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.
For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.
We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.
Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required
We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.
For bookings 28 days or longer, we're billing electric usage separately. For bookings 7+ days we request a mandatory change of linens at an extra cost to keep our linens clean and be able to provide all our guests with quality linens.
Corrective maintenance of pool C (out of service during work) Dates: April 29 – May 8
The other pools A, B and D will remain for use.
Preventive maintenance in pool B (it is out of service during work) Dates: May 9 – 19
The other pools A, C and D will remain for use.
* Preventive maintenance in pool A (it is out of service during work)* Dates: May 20 – June 9
The other pools B, C and D will remain for use.
* Preventive maintenance in pool D (it is out of service during work)* Dates: June 10 – 23
The other pools A, B and C will remain for use.
Update 3/July, the rooftop will be closed due to the Hurricane Beryl warning. We will not issue refunds for this reason.
