Comfortable studio with kitchen and balcony. Building has 24/7 security, rooftop pool with AMAZING views, gym, underground parking (Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. ), fiber-optics internet and cable tv.



The Space:

The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Blender, coffee maker, silverware, pots and pans, hair dryer, cups, glasses and much more. Full-sized fridge, 2 burners + big size microwave. 42+ inches Smart TV + High speed internet.



The access to the apartment is using an app on the phone, so have in mind you'll always need battery to get in.



We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.



Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.



We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. There's an elevator in the facilities.



The Neighborhood:

You'll be 5 blocks from 5th Avenue and 200 meters from Coco Beach.



Getting Around:

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Salento, The Pitted Date (vegan), Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.



Other Things to Note:

Travel cot available - prior request required



We offer travel cots for 15USD per stay, including mattress, sheets and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Make sure you receive confirmation from us after applying. Please contact us in advance to secure a crib for your little one.



Regarding the working space, there's a table and chairs on the balcony that sometimes people bring inside the apartment to work at. There's also 2 desks in the 2nd lobby where people normally have a seat and work at using the public areas wifi. There's also wifi in the rooftop, so you can work there with an amazing view.



We do have 6 apartments listed under this same listing, so floor can change between bookings. Some of them are also ground floor. Shall you need one in particular, please ask before. Otherwise, we'll assign bookings according to our availability. All of them are equipped and furnished the same.



For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost.



For your safety, the building management employs cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the building's front. Please note, there are no cameras within the apartment to ensure your privacy.



From April 20th to 23rd, improvement work will be carried out on the rooftop (rest area near the gym), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some minor noise disturbances may occur initially.

- All other services (pool, gym, etc.) will not be affected.
