Quiet location on the outskirts of town in a spacious vacation park with an adjacent campground. The vacation homes are nestled in the midst of a lovingly landscaped dune landscape with plenty of sand and dune grass and are accessible via wooden boardwalks—so you’ll get that real beach feeling right here in the vacation park! It’s also just 300 m to the seemingly endless Baltic Sea beach with its beautiful boardwalk! Dune golf course 400 m. Shopping 1.8 km. Town center with spa park and pier 1.5 km. Baltic Sea thermal baths 3.3 km.

Beautiful vacation homes in the Scandinavian beach house style with maritime decor, bright living spaces, and large windows. All vacation homes feature Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, an in-room safe, and gas heating. We offer non-smoking homes with terraces furnished with seating, a grill, and a beach chair next to the house. One parking space is reserved per vacation home.

The vacation park features a welcoming reception desk, as well as a playground with a bouncy cushion, climbing frame, table tennis, foosball, sandbox, and more. We have an on-site snack bar (including a bread roll service). At our reception desk, we offer rentals of handcarts (for arrival and departure, and for the beach!), Blu-ray players, and much more. We have a cozy guest lounge with seating areas, board games, and a play corner for children. In July and August, there’s a free sports program (including TRX training, Nordic walking, and yoga on the beach). Our KOSTnix Car can be used for up to 1 hour for shopping in the immediate area. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.

Our Pier98 vacation home features 40 square meters of living space, divided into 3 rooms with space for a total of 4 people. Here you’ll find: a living room with a sofa seating area, a dining table, a kitchenette (with oven/microwave, dishwasher), a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. The bathroom features a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The covered porch features seating and a grill. A beach chair is provided at the vacation home.

Pets are not allowed in House Pier98 (31).
