With a central yet quiet location and a spacious layout, this residence is ideal for friendly groups travelling together. Indeed, it is divided into 3 apartments, 1 per floor. Each stay has its own living room with modern kitchen and from the first and second floors you can enjoy stunning views of the surroundings. There is no door connecting the accommodations
The ski lift is a short distance from the accommodation. Are you on a ski holiday with small children? Then you can use a children's drag lift, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. You can also use the ski bus, which stops 2 minutes from the accommodation. With the Wildkogelbahn (6-seater gondola), you'll be in the heart of the Wildkogel Arena in no time. You will find mainly wide slopes here. An absolute highlight is the 14-kilometre (floodlit) toboggan run in neighbouring Bramberg. In addition, the region offers 45 kilometres of trails, beautiful winter hiking routes and an ice rink in the centre of Neukirchen.

In summer, you will enjoy stunning mountain panoramas and plenty of natural beauty here. Hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding: you can do it all here. Need groceries? Or don't feel like cooking for yourself one day? A supermarket and good restaurants with typical Austrian menus are within walking distance
