Welcome to your home away from home in Pierrefonds! This apartment was set up to be a comfortable and practical space for groups of up to eight people.
The main living room is a great place to gather. It features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed for extra sleeping space. You can stream your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV after a long day.
You`ll have access to a full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. This includes a stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. We`ve also stocked it with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.
There are three separate bedrooms, and each one has a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a good night`s sleep. There`s also space to store your belongings so you can unpack and feel at home.
The apartment has one full bathroom, and we also provide fresh towels.
For those who need to stay connected or work during their stay, we`ve set up a dedicated work desk with a comfortable chair. The high-speed Wi-Fi is reliable for video calls and streaming.
A private, in-unit washer and dryer are also available for you to use anytime, which is super convenient for longer stays or for families.
Last but not least, a dedicated parking spot on the driveway for you to park your car.
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

Our apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area of Pierrefonds in Montreal`s West Island. It`s a calm and safe neighbourhood where you`ll see locals walking their dogs and kids playing in the parks.
You`re just a short drive from Boulevard Saint-Jean, where you can find a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Whether you`re looking for a quick slice of pizza, a nice sit-down family dinner, or just a morning coffee, you`ll find it there. Several grocery stores (like IGA and Maxi) and pharmacies are also conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive for all your essentials.
For a bit of nature, you`re not far from the Parc des Ruisseaux for a nice walk. If you`re up for a bigger adventure, the massive Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park is a fantastic spot for hiking, beach time in the summer, or cross-country skiing in the winter.
Overall, the area offers a peaceful suburban feel while still giving you easy access to all the amenities you could need.
Getting around from here is pretty straightforward, especially if you have a car.
You`ll have one dedicated parking spot for your vehicle.
There are several bus lines nearby (like the 68 on Pierrefonds Blvd) that can connect you to other parts of the West Island.
The best way to get downtown without a car is by using the commuter train. The Roxboro-Pierrefonds station is a short bus or car ride away. This line takes you directly to Central Station in downtown Montreal. Please note this line is being converted to the new REM light-rail system, which will offer even faster and more frequent service once fully operational.
This is a very car-friendly location. You have easy access to Highway 40 (Trans-Canada Highway), which is the main expressway that will take you straight to downtown Montreal. Without traffic, you can expect the drive to downtown to be about 25-30 minutes. With traffic, it can be longer, so it`s always good to check a map before you head out.
While you can walk to a few small parks and corner stores, this is a suburban neighbourhood, and you`ll likely want a car or to use public transit for groceries and visiting restaurants. The area is pleasant for recreational bike rides, with several local paths available.
✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.
✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.
✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.
✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).

Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required).
