Villa Annabelle Binz - 3-room vacation apartment with a balcony, Wi-Fi, and a parking space

The vacation apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a furnished balcony. The apartment is approximately 65 square meters in size.

The modern and cozy living area invites you to relax. From here, you can access the balcony, the bedrooms, and the kitchen. The balcony faces the Baltic Sea.

The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—as well as all necessary dishes, silverware, and glasses.

Both bedrooms feature a double bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV.

The bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, hair dryer, and large mirror, rounds out this beautiful apartment.

Built in the traditional “Bäderarchitektur” style, Villa Annabelle stands out for its central location. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the center of Binz with its bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as Binz’s long, fine-sand beach.

A free parking space and Wi-Fi are, of course, also available to you.
Bicycle storage is also available.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a fee.

Additional services can be booked in advance: travel crib / high chair, €10 each per week; crib linens, €10.
Bed linens: €15.00 per person per change; towels: €8.00 per person per change.

Important Notice:
The municipality of Binz is conducting road construction work on the adjacent Schwedenstraße. As a result, the street will be completely closed from March 2025 to March 2026. Our parking lot at Villa Annabelle is not affected by this. During the day, there will be typical noise levels associated with civil engineering work, which comply with the Federal Immission Control Act. We appreciate your understanding.
