Attractive vacation home (newly built in 2020) in Weißbriach—near the Weißbriach ski area, 10 minutes from Lake Weißensee, 20 min to Lake Pressegger See, and 20 min to the Nassfeld ski resort

The newly built vacation home (approx. 130 sqm) with a terrace, balcony, and garden is located on the outskirts of Weißbriach and can accommodate 4 to a maximum of 6 people.
The house features a first floor with a living and dining room, an open-concept kitchen, a hallway with a coat closet, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an upper floor with 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
The vacation home features oak floors, stone tiles, and underfloor heating. The living room has a large panoramic window overlooking the garden and a beautiful fireplace. The open-concept kitchen is also modern and comfortably equipped.
From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace with a view and access to the large, newly landscaped garden.
A spacious staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor.
Each of the three bedrooms on the upper floor features a double bed (2x 1.80 m and 1x 1.60 m); one of the bedrooms offers direct access to the spacious balcony.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in, floor-level shower.
In front of the house, there is a carport and an additional parking space. The storage room adjacent to the carport can be used for bicycles or skis.
For an additional fee, 2 e-MTBs are also available for use in the storage room.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the first floor.
