The comfortable and cozy living/dining area is furnished with a sofa, TV, DVD player, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-west-facing terrace. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a second TV, and seating. A guest restroom is also available on this upper floor. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, a crib, toys, and a handcart. This smoke-free home is ideal for up to 4 people. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to e-bike and pedelec batteries (under supervision).
