High-quality tile flooring in the living area and laminate flooring in the bedroom, along with underfloor heating throughout the apartment, create a cozy atmosphere.
Our brick-built house is a smoke-free home and suitable for people with allergies.
It features state-of-the-art technology and is heated in an environmentally friendly manner using a water-source heat pump.

Upon request, a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron
are available in the laundry room for a small fee.
