Welcome to The Northland FIFA Retreat — a beautifully staged, spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home designed for World Cup groups who want comfort, privacy, and easy access to Kansas City’s biggest events.
Located just 20 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, less than 25 minutes from the FIFA Fan Experience at Liberty Memorial, under 20 minutes to downtown Kansas City, and less than 15 minutes from Kansas City International Airport, our home offers the ideal balance: close to the action, yet just outside the downtown congestion.
With quick access to I-435, I-35, and 291 in under five minutes, you’ll have effortless transportation to stadiums, shuttle pickup locations, and all major areas of the metro.
Space for Groups to Spread Out
The home features three king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and three full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The finished lower level functions as its own private retreat, complete with a second living room, large bedroom, full bathroom, and private entrance — perfect for couples, extended family, or anyone wanting extra privacy.
With two separate living spaces, your group can gather together or enjoy downtime without feeling crowded.

Enjoy both an upstairs deck with seating and a relaxed lower patio overlooking a large backyard, complete with a comfortable outdoor swing (porch swing / hanging loveseat — that’s the word you’re thinking of).
