Located right in the heart of the historic old town of Schwalenberg—known for its painters and traditional costumes—and overlooking the castle, you’ll find these beautiful vacation apartments in restored half-timbered houses featuring upscale amenities. All apartments are furnished exclusively with high-quality natural and solid wood furniture, modern electronics, and free wireless Internet access. Rustika IV:

4-room apartment, 100 m², on the first floor. Comfortable and tastefully furnished: living room 30 m² with satellite TV (flat-screen) and CD player. Dining room 14 m². 1 bedroom 16 m² with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 bedroom 20 m² with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 12 m² (oven, dishwasher, 4 glass-ceramic cooktop burners, microwave, electric coffee maker) with a small bar. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 large terraces, 20 m² each. Patio furniture, portable grill. Available: Washing machine, clothes dryer. Internet (Wi-Fi, free). Please note: Non-smoking accommodation. Maximum 1 pet/dog allowed. Smoke detector. Electric fireplace in the living room. Additional pod coffee maker (pods sold separately).



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
