This three-bedroom, four bath (one is powder room) home is stylishly designed with a fab living area, with the pool and hot tub on own side and a walk through, view through with floor-to-ceiling windows to both golf and pool, (at the same time, features a well-designed open living area with plenty of seating, 75" Roku TV with Sonos sound bar and Sonos speakers throughout, so select your own tunes. Several different speakers, which can be moved around, as well.) The living area has two amazing sofas facing the TV and photo gallery wall and on opposite side, yet in same room, is a large service bar, 007 Bond-like round aquarium and a sexy swank sunken living space with a super large custom cozy sofa facing a gas fireplace. 70s chic is the vibe for fun and one-level entertaining, expansive areas, as per the design team.

There is a super-styled glam, chic separate dining room with seating for 8 and that is joined to the fully equipped kitchen that has lots of sunshine and a Saarinen breakfast table for four, as well. With sliders opening up to 'the white sand beach' and out the other slider in kitchen to a large BBQ grill. Sit on the "beach" area or over at the firepit while your group grills or play Bocce ball on the golf course or make up your own game with the glow-in-the-dark balls. Fun for all ages!

The stylish residence features two king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and a third bedroom comfortably features two queen beds, a large bathroom next door dedicated to this room and extra sofa sleeping area in the living room, if needed. Luxe new linens, with four bathrooms, guests find plenty of privacy, including options like the master with a separate shower, 70s style sunken bath and a bidet, shower. A terrific living room with a super-soft and -sized custom sofa provides extra comfort for relaxing or entertaining. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or stepping out, the serene atmosphere makes it easy to feel at home.

Float in the sun-laden pool (heating the pool is optional upgrade but rarely needed) or sit in the hot tub and look straight through living room out to the golf course. Open vibe and good energy flow. More than 30 palm trees sway in the front and back and there is a sand beach for your own bocce ball games or whatever...reading, relaxing with cocktails, in back, adjacent to LED firepit.

Garage parking and driveway parking, 3 cars maximum. City has rules and cannot park on street overnight. Privacy. Amazing. Fun. Fab 70s Vibe. All are large bedrooms all with large Roku tvs. Master Suite has a private office and library, as well, and a large computer screen for your use for work or surfing the web - just hook up your laptop. Kitchen has a printer for use by all.

Amazing, calming views to golf course and outdoor dining table for eight; several chairs around the LED firepit for amazing views or yoga platform in the morning over by the pool. (Mornings are gorgeous and offer sublime serenity). A million great photo op areas on the best, most photographed streets in Palm Springs.
