Due to the current conditions, we have also implemented a 24 hour gap between rentals, to allow for our cleaning team to sanitize and clean our home between guests.

Enjoy our home for our specially priced rates during the year. Our Golf Villa at the peaceful Kapalua Resort is your escape to paradise living. It is the perfect haven for your vacation in Maui. Set on the west coast of the island, our property captures the essence of Hawaii, with world-class golfing and true relaxation. The location could not be better!

Nestled above white sandy beaches and Cook Pine Trees, this lower level patio unit features 1400 square feet, of interior living space, a large lanai with views of Molokai and Lanai Islands at a distance. Located right at the 75-yard marker of the 4th hole of the Bay Golf Course, you can walk to beaches, restaurants, and private recreational areas, 4 swimming pools, with barbeques, shower, and restroom facilities.

Our unit's interior features comfortable, tasteful furnishings throughout the home. Sliding glass and screen doors in the living room and 2nd bedroom, which are facing the fairways, islands, and view of the Pacific Ocean. The entrance to the resort's heated main pool is yards away, a two-minute walk from our doorstep. We have free parking right outside our villa.

Both bedrooms have separate AC controls, LCD flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, carpeting, and private bathrooms with tiled flooring. We convert the Villa to a 1 bedroom-1 bath unit to accommodate guests of up to 2 people, as well as for those who do not want the second bedroom. This set-up includes the master bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room area for $280 night.

Used by our family as our vacation getaway, we have added touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The living room, dining, and kitchen area feature tiled flooring, newly wall mounted 55" screen HDTV with movie streaming, and sectional seating. We just installed new tile on our lanai that features chaise lounges for sunning or star-gazing, and a patio table set for dining or drinking your morning coffee.

The master bedroom has a luxury Simmons Beautyrest cal-king size bed. Upon entering, one is immediately struck by the feel of comfort and coziness. Peace, relaxation and a great night‘s sleep is assured as our unit is very quiet.

The second bedroom features a large walk-in closet and a newly remodeled walk-in shower in its own en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with two full-size beds and if you have a young child, a portable pack n play crib is available for your use. We have a futon bed for young children as well. Unfortunately, we do NOT have a sofa bed.

Both the master and 2nd bathrooms have been remodeled and professionally decorated with bamboo cabinets, granite countertops, waterfall faucets, and LED lighting. The newly remodeled 2nd bathroom features a 8" rainwater shower head along with a handheld sprayer.

Our kitchen was remodeled with quartz countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances with new cabinetry. The dining area is extremely spacious. The kitchen is open with an eat-in counter. Our kitchen has indoor/outdoor/poolside dining ware. The pantry is stocked with all your cooking essentials, preparing a gourmet meal will be a pleasure.

For your outdoor excursions, we have an ice chest/cooler, beach chairs, some snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and beach towels.

Our villa is also equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access. We offer free long distance calls to the mainland US and Canada. And we do not charge a daily resort fee.

There are two championship golf courses on the resort: The Bay Course and the Plantation Course. The Plantation Course hosts the first annual PGA tournament in January of each year. (The Bay Course is temporarily closed for renovation.) Staying in our villa also qualifies you for resort rates as well. There are ten lit tennis/pickle ball courts for your pleasure and a new state of the art Spa and Fitness Center is also available for your use (there is a spa fee).

Kapalua is the pinnacle of resort living offering 23,000 acres of pristine natural beauty and panoramic vistas so flawless they hardly seem real. There are several hiking trails for all skill levels within the coastal and wilderness areas.

Take advantage of the free resort shuttle for a ride to anywhere on the resort to enjoy the many activities offered or to the several great restaurants such as the Plantation Club House, Sansei, Taverna, Honolua General Store or Merriman's for a spectacular meal.

This Villa fails to disappoint; with its sunset location and comfortable interior, this is an ideal home in paradise!
