We’re Lindsey and Jeff, a Southern California family who loves good design, the coast, and spending time together with our daughters, Ryley and Payton. We were married in 2019 and have always loved creating spaces where family and friends can gather, relax, and make memories.

Jeff has spent much of his career building and remodeling homes, while Lindsey has a creative background and a love for design, hospitality, music, travel, and all the little details that make a place feel special. The Coastline brings a lot of those things together for us.

Although we share the home with guests, The Coastline is also our family’s Malibu getaway, so we’ve tried to create the kind of place we would want to stay ourselves—comfortable, beautiful, well cared for, and easy to enjoy.

One of our favorite parts of hosting is knowing that other families, couples, and friends get to experience this special stretch of the California coast and create memories here of their own. We’re always happy to share local favorites, recommendations, or help make your stay a little easier.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds: peaceful, private coastal living with easy access to everything we love about the Westside.

The Coastline sits on a quiet, secluded residential street with beautiful ocean and canyon views, creating a calm, relaxed atmosphere that feels tucked away from the city. At the same time, we’re only a short drive from Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and so much of what makes this part of Southern California special.

We also love that the neighborhood feels safe, family-friendly, and residential rather than overly busy or touristy. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a slow morning with the ocean in view, spend the day exploring Malibu or Santa Monica, and come home to a peaceful setting at the end of the day.

For us, the location is what makes The Coastline so special: privacy, views, convenience, and a true sense of escape—all within easy reach of the city.

The Coastline is much more than a typical vacation rental—it’s a home we personally remodeled, designed, and continue to enjoy with our own family.

Jeff has spent years building and remodeling homes through Sandlot Homes, and he brought that same experience, attention to detail, and high standard of craftsmanship to The Coastline. Every space was thoughtfully considered, from the finishes and furnishings to the way the home flows for families and groups spending time together.

What really sets the property apart, though, is the combination of beautiful ocean and canyon views, privacy, comfort, and location. The home is tucked away on a quiet private residential street, yet Santa Monica, Malibu beaches, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions are just minutes away.

We’ve also filled the home with the conveniences and amenities we appreciate ourselves—from smart-home features to inviting indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the California coast.

Because The Coastline is also our family home, we care deeply about how it feels. Our goal has been to create something elevated without feeling precious: beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and genuinely welcoming—a place where you can settle in, slow down, and feel at home by the sea.
