Bathrooms - The apartment has 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom for your convenience. - The full bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower combination, a vanity with a large mirror, and fresh towels.
Kitchen - The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave. - You`ll find all the necessary cookware, utensils, and tableware to prepare and enjoy your meals.

Licensing: - This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai`s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Guest Registration: - Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date to register with building management and facilitate smooth check-ins. - Due to local laws, all guests must comply with this requirement.
Check-In and Check-Out: - Standard Check-In time is 03:00 PM, and Check-Out is no later than 11:00 AM. - Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
Smoking: - Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. - There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a violation fee of AED 1,500.
Pets: - Pets are not allowed in the property.
Lost or Damaged Items: - In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. -There is a charge of AED 1000 for each lost access card.
Amenities: - Provided essentials such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and an all-purpose cleaner to make your stay extra comfortable. If you happen to like them and wish to take them with you, a small fee of AED 100 will automatically apply. - Baby cots and baby high-chairs are subject to availability only and will incur an additional fee of AED 100 per night. - Extra beds are subject to availability and will incur and additional fee of AED 150 per night. - Extra towels and sheets can be provided but are subject to availability and for an additional fee of AED 150 per stay.
Cleaning: - The included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning before and after your stay. - If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on availability and for an additional fee.
