Bathrooms - The apartment has 1 bathroom for your convenience. - The full bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower combination, a vanity with a large mirror, and fresh towels.
Kitchen - The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave. - You`ll find all the necessary cookware, utensils, and tableware to prepare and enjoy your meals.
Living Area - The living area is designed for relaxation, with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. - Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. - Access to the balcony through sliding glass doors.
Balcony - The private balcony offers stunning views of the JLT community. - A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including: - Secure underground parking. - On-site fitness center and swimming pool. - 24/7 security and customer services team.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of the following house rules:
Licensing: - This apartment is fully licensed by Dubai`s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Guest Registration: - Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior check-in date to register with building management and facilitate smooth check-ins. - Due to local laws, all guests must comply with this requirement.
Check-In and Check-Out: - Standard Check-In time is 03:00 PM, and Check-Out is no later than 11:00 AM. - Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
Smoking: - Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. - There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a violation fee of AED 1,500.
Pets: - Pets are not allowed inside the property.
Lost or Damaged Items: - In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. -There is a charge of AED 1000 for each lost access card.
Amenities: - We provide a starter pack of toiletries that covers 1-2 days of usage. Please note that further toiletries after that, you would have to purchase yourself and other consumables such as cooking condiments and cleaning products are not provided. - Baby cots and baby high-chairs are subject to availability only and will incur an additional fee of AED 100 per night. - Extra beds are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of AED 150 per night.
Cleaning: - The included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning before and after your stay. - If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on availability and for an additional fee.

These rules are in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests and to maintain the high standards of our property.
NOTE: Please be aware that the balcony view may include construction due to the adjacent building being a construction site. We sincerely apologize for any noise disturbances or inconveniences that may occur.
PS: The building`s pool is closed. Renovations are underway for our building`s pool to make it even better! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period of construction.
