Kaiser's single room 1 - apartment in Franconia (Herrieden), for 1-2 persons

Set in an idyllic natural setting, “Kaiser’s Single Room 1” offers relaxation in every way. This bright and fully furnished vacation rental is a wonderful retreat for 1–2 people. A unique feature is the additional outdoor staircase leading to the room on the first floor. From there, you can enjoy the view of the Kaiser vacation farm, surrounded by meadows and forests.

Single Room 1 (or Single Studio 1) promises a comfortable stay in 20 m². You can cook undisturbed in the modern kitchenette. To air out the room, simply open the skylight or the door to your “outdoor staircase.”

The one-room vacation apartment is equipped with two cozy single beds and a TV. Wi-Fi, a table, chair, and closet are, of course, included. Plenty of natural light streams in through the skylight and the glass door leading to the courtyard. You can easily darken the room at the touch of a button.

The bathroom, with its vacation-like charm, is located in the hallway. It is also available to guests staying in “Kaiser’s Single Room 2,” as are the washing machine and shower on the first floor.

A private bathroom with a bathtub can be booked if available (+5 € surcharge per night).
