Cozy apartment (30 m²) in a quiet, sunny location

Our modern one-room vacation apartment is located in the heart of the Altmühltal Nature Park, in a sunny and quiet setting. You can access the apartment through a ground-level entrance. With 30 square meters of living space, the apartment can accommodate 1–3 people. The apartment features a double bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa, ensuring a relaxing and restful night’s sleep. There is also a TV with international satellite channels, perfect for unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, has everything you need. You’ll also find a dining area with a table and chairs, as well as a cabinet providing ample storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Especially in the summer, you can spend pleasant hours on our patio. Garden chairs and a garden table are also available for your use. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
