The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs, along with a washer for your laundry requirements.
The bedroom offers a plush king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep and generous storage space for your belongings.
The 1.5 bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need to refresh during your stay.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
