The Space:
Cozy and welcoming cottage with two closed bedrooms on the ground floor:
✔ Bedroom 1: comfortable double-size bed 🛏️
✔ Bedroom 2: cozy double-size bed 🛏️
Upstairs, you will find a bright, open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a smart TV and indoor fireplace, and direct access to a large terrace with a BBQ.
♨️ You can also relax in the spa, perfect for a moment of relaxation.
The estate also offers easy access to a private beach, hiking trails, a shared outdoor fireplace, and a gazebo with spectacular views, allowing you to fully enjoy nature.
Guest Access:
A car is necessary to get to the cottage.
In winter, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle (SUV).
The Neighborhood:
You are close to all amenities 🛒 (grocery stores, liquor store, gas station, pharmacy, restaurants, Tré Carré brewery, etc.).

We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

Although renting a cottage gives you access to a completely private space, some areas are shared among guests of the estate, including the private beach and hiking trails.
