Villa Flamingo Croatia

Villa Flamingo was built in 2020 and offers its guests spacious and private rooms on 2 floors and 150sqm, which allow a great holiday for up to 6 people. The villa has a private entrance with a lockable gate.

On the ground floor of the villa is the modern entrance area and a spacious living-dining area with a high-quality designer kitchen and a fireplace. Furthermore, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with access to the terrace and sea view and a private bathroom with toilet.

From the living room you can also access the approx. 90m2 terrace with private pool. A spacious dining table, lounge furniture as well as deck chairs and sufficient shade and parasols invite you to linger. A spacious BBQ area is available in the private garden of the villa. To cool off, we recommend a dip in the 10m long private pool in addition to a glass of Prosecco.

On the upper floor of the villa there are two further bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and toilet. From both bedrooms you can access the wonderful spacious balcony and look at the sea, olive groves and vines.

The entire house has underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room, WiFi in the whole house and on the terrace.In the living room and each bedroom there is a Smart TV with WiFi connection for Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime, Spotify etc. A high-quality stereo system with CD player, WiFi and Bluetooth is available.

There is a washing machine and ironing facilities on the ground floor.

From the parking lot (for 2-3 cars) you can reach the house entrance through a lockable gate and a beautiful stone staircase.

The town of Kastelir is located in a central Istrian location near the sea with good motorway connections and is around 10 km from Porec.Kastelir is an idyllic, typical Istrian village and offers within walking distance several highly recommended restaurants, some of which are open all year round. You are well looked after by a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance of the villa.

Large supermarkets, specialist markets, branches of various shopping chains and also system catering (we recommend the fantastic Istrian restaurants in the surrounding area!) Are quickly reached after a 10-minute drive.

Kastelir is home to numerous olive oil and wine producers, so you can get typical Istrian delicacies directly and locally from here.

By car you can reach in approx.10 minutes from the city of Porec, which has become one of the most attractive and popular holiday destinations in Croatia in recent years.

You can also reach other well-known Istrian towns such as Novigrad, Umag, Rovinj, Pula, Medulin, Motovon or Groznjan after a short drive.

In Porec, you can reach Venice every day in high season by speedboat. A shopping trip to Trieste, about 70 km away, is also worthwhile.

The nearby Adriatic Golf Club is a paradise for passionate golfers (approx. 30 minutes away).

The famous Parenzana bike route, which runs on a disused railway route, can be reached in a few minutes by bike.Holiday attractions and leisure opportunities (water parks, climbing parks, dinopark and a go-kart track are in the vicinity.

Several boat rental stations in Porec, Funtana, Lanterna, Cervar-Porat or Umag offer the opportunity to spend a wonderful day at the sea, to approach lonely beaches and bays or simply to linger on the water (boat license required).

Countless bars, typical taverns and taverns make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Istrian specialties such as truffle oil, typical wines (Malvasia), olive oil, cheese, ham and fruits and vegetables from the region make your vacation a culinary highlight.
