The accommodation is located in Wenns, in the Brennwald district. The free ski bus leaves about 400 m from the house and takes you to the nearby family ski area Hochzeiger,or to the Pitztal glacier at the end of the valley. In summer, you can relax in the Pitzpark in Wenns; there is even a swimming pond. The Hochzeiger hiking area offers more than 100 km of marked trails along deep valleys and imposing mountain peaks

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
