Step inside to High Tides top floor condo where you’ll have a bright open & beautiful living/entertaining space to enjoy w/family and friends. It has 2 large king bedrooms & 2 full baths on the main floor, a loft for family and friends with the sleeper sofa, bonus room or make it the bunk room for the kids! 2 decks with beautiful views, the beach & pool are steps away! Pet friendly, beach gear provided & close to everything Carolina Beach has to offer! Restaurants, the pier and more!
Located close to the North End Pier and Freeman Park with the public beach access 2 min away. You will love this location at Island North Condos this 3rd floor Condo - The Penthouse!!
When you enter you will see the amazing light and open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen for entertaining and the open living and dining area with peaked ceiling perfect for everyone to be together! Enjoy water views from the balcony , Fast WiFi and outdoor living are a bonus to this fabulous space. The comfy large bedrooms on the main floor have , ceiling fans, smart TVs , large closets and king beds ! The master suite has its own bath and walk in closet with a private balcony perfect for morning coffee and sunset views!
The loft area has a twin bunk bed, sleeper sofa and tv with ceiling fan. Water views are here as well! A wonderful space to have for kids or teens!
Enjoy the pool and beach gear provided for those beach days. You are steps from the public beach access a 3 minute walk !! Beach gear and beach towels are provided for your convenience! Use the storage area as well for your luggage:)
Parking for 2 vehicles. Use the covered private parking for 1 car, which is right by the door to the building and the storage room. ( midsize SUVs can fit comfortably. Large SUVs will stick out) There is an overflow parking lot at the back of the condo but only small to medium size vehicles can fit and a parking pass is provided. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get in!
Make sure to take your coffee and enjoy colorful sunrises or perhaps view the dolphins while you walk the beach or grab a bite to eat at the Carolina pier!
You will be right in the center of Carolina Beach ,enjoy shopping, restaurants and the stunning NEW Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Another couple miles to the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the ferry.
Take a stroll across the street for easy beach access or to enjoy a bite from the North End Carolina Beach Pier!
Enjoy a family beach day by taking your car onto Freeman Park that is less than .2 miles away!
