The upper floor is divided into two bedrooms, <br>one of which has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. On the <br>first floor, you’ll find the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the living and dining area <br>from which you also have direct access to the terrace. The house includes a <br>small garden with a terrace, sandbox, and swing for the kids. Behind the <br>house is a storage shed (e.g., for beverage crates, a grill, etc.). The <br>private parking space in front of the house is, of course, also available free of charge <br>. <br><br>Information about the house <br>The vacation home is located in the vacation home area on Ringwall in Duhnen, about 600m from the sandy beach. <br>Shopping options and a bus stop are located in the town center of <br>Duhnen, which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot. For fresh <br>rolls in the morning, we recommend using the bakery truck in the <br>vacation home area, which is open in the mornings during the summer months.
