Please note that the second story is accessible by staircase only, with no elevators, which helps preserve the villa's townhome design and added sense of privacy.

Kapalua Ridge Villa 1223 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawaii, offering complimentary beach chairs (2 per bedroom), beach towels, and a cooler. We also have convenient concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. The unit will have bath towels and linens to ensure a relaxing and convenient stay from the moment you arrive.
PROPERTY ACCESS:
We will provide your arrival information two weeks before your arrival, or sooner if you are arriving within that timeframe. Check-in is at any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before or by 10:00 AM. *Early check-ins and late check-outs, in all cases, require prior approval and are subject to additional fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
