A modern vacation home newly built in 2020, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. This spacious, country-style semi-detached home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people across approximately 110 m².
The first floor, Wattn Huus 1 features a spacious living/dining area with direct access to the covered patio. A high-quality open-concept kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy your meals.
The upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds (180x200), a smart TV, and plenty of storage space. Another bedroom features two single beds (100x200). All bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower, a bathtub, and a double sink. Additionally, there is a second bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and a walk-in rain shower.
A separate utility room houses a washer and dryer.
The municipality of Butjadingen charges a visitor’s tax per night:
High season: Ages 3–12 = €2.10; ages 13 and up = €3.50
Low season: Ages 3–12 = €1.00; ages 13 and up = €1.60
Bed linens and towels can be booked as an optional extra.
Bedding: €12 per person/stay; towels: €5 per person/stay
The vacation home is particularly suitable for family vacations (party vacations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc., are not permitted). A crib, a high chair, a small play area, a handcart, as well as a stair gate and bed rail are provided.
The house features a covered patio with a grill and two lounge chairs. The beautifully landscaped garden includes a double swing set and a sandbox for the children.
The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. All windows are equipped with roller shutters.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Outside, there is a carport with a storage room.
If this half of the duplex is already booked, or if additional space is needed, the identical half of the duplex (Wattn Huus 1a) is available.

Burhave is located on the Butjadingen Peninsula between Jadebusen and the Weser Estuary in the Wadden Sea National Park. The beach features an artificially created lagoon fed by seawater, which allows for swimming at any time, regardless of the tides. Your vacation destination combines the appeal of a peaceful beach vacation with hiking and biking, along with the opportunity to explore the many recreational activities offered by the nearby cities of Bremerhaven, Bremen, and Oldenburg in case of inclement weather. Local amenities, such as bakeries, supermarkets, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and restaurants, are located right in town.
