This cozy, modernly furnished vacation rental in Strandpark Großenbrode is located in the "Leuchtturm" building, right on the beach (100 m). The apartment on the 3rd floor is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment’s private parking space (App. 5 No. 15) is located directly in front of the building entrance.

In the bright, spacious living area, a cozy sofa set with an armchair, a flat-screen TV (with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime via your own account), and a DVR invite you to relax. From the fully glass-enclosed dining area, you’ll enjoy a side view of the sea. Free Wi-Fi is available. On the balcony, you can enjoy the warm evening sun until sunset after an eventful day at the beach. During the cooler months, a crackling wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen, integrated into the large living area, is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The high-quality bathroom features a rain shower, a washing machine, a large vanity with a mirror, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The apartment has two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (160×200) offering a side view of the sea and a large built-in closet, and the second with a bunk bed and a small built-in closet. Both bedrooms can be darkened.

Enjoy your vacation in the Bay of Lübeck and its wonderful surroundings. Großenbrode is one of the areas in Germany with the most hours of sunshine per year and a refreshing, healthy, maritime climate. With its white, fine-grained sand, a 1.5-km-long (2019-2021 newly built) beach promenade, and the 300-meter-long pier, you’ll find and experience pure beach life here. The very gently sloping seabed is ideal for children to swim. Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, and Puttgarden (for a short sea voyage to Denmark) are a 10–15-minute drive away. Lübeck (80 km) and Hamburg (100 km) are quickly accessible by car.

The 13 Strandpark apartment buildings, each with 5 floors, were built over the past 3–12 years to high standards. The prime beachfront location means you can be standing with your feet in the fine sand just 100 meters away. All apartments feature a balcony (most with ocean views), in-floor heating, high-quality built-in kitchens, allergy-friendly flooring, and exclusive furnishings. Some of the apartments feature their own washing machine, rooftop terrace, fireplace, whirlpool, and sauna.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space directly in front of the building. You’ll find the name of the building on the sign in front of it.
In each building, an elevator will take you and your luggage to the correct floor. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, the spa center, playgrounds, shops, and recreational activities.
