Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located waterfront home. Anchors Aweigh is a unique property located in the Manatee Pocket of historic Port Salerno It is designed for multiple families to have their own spaces & privacy to relax and unwind. . This property sleeps 19 and consists of 1 home with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are in a building attached to the main home that have their own private entrances and ensuite bathrooms, as well as coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Each of these rooms also has a private back door that lead out to the backyard, firepits, docks, and waterfront beach area. There is an additional 2 bedroom cottage on the same property that sleeps 6 with a full kitchen. Each has their own washers and dryers. By boat you are about 15 minutes to the inlet leading to the ocean. The property contains 2 fire pits - one in the backyard and one down on the beach. Your rental comes with 5 paddle boards and 2 kayaks ($400 security deposit required for use). Dock slip included for up to a 60' boat. Life vests are included as well. A separate waiver document will need to be signed prior to use and that will be messaged over a few days prior to your stay. The indoor fireplace in the living room is not operable and not for use.
