Staying here means waking up at the edge of the forest, overlooking vast meadows. Could be worse right? The homely atmosphere of the large living room makes this room ideal for an evening of catching up and sitting back. The chef at heart can show off his/her cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen, before you enjoy them together at the dining table. And all in a fairytale location!

The forests of Alphen-Chaam, just below Breda, are characterised by large deciduous trees with several hiking trails, cycling paths and a challenging mountain bike route. If you are staying here, a visit to Breda is definitely recommended. This burgundian city is worth a visit any time of year. Climb the Grote Kerk or take a canal cruise, and finish with an evening out to dinner in one of the cosy restaurants. A visit to the Efteling or Beekse Bergen is also a possibility. And what about a trip through the Biesbosch?
