Welcome to our charming historic home, where timeless elegance meets modern comfort. This beautiful residence has been meticulously renovated with the mid-term renter in mind, offering a stylish and cozy retreat for your stay. Located just a short 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) from downtown Visalia (and Kaweah Hospital) you will love the proximity to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

I am always available through the app! I live about 20 minutes away so in most cases can get over there to help out if needed quickly.

Centrally located, super easy and quick to get to downtown, restaurants, major shopping centers and highway 198. We are also about a 2 hour drive to Sequoia National Park, where you can visit the Giant Sequoia Trees. Additionally it takes about 2 and a half hours to drive to the Central Coast, where you can lounge on the beautiful beaches!

The entire home is yours for use along with the driveway and backyard. We have also provided a large storage bin in the backyard, perfect to store your bins or suitcases. There is also room under the beds for suitcases too!

Welcome to Myrtle Place! Our beautiful, comfortable and centrally located 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. This home offers all of the amenities to help you feel right at home. Including central heating and air with a nest thermostat, fast high speed internet, and blackout curtains in both bedrooms.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Including most small appliances, a Ninja coffee maker that brews pods or a pot plus a french press. From pots and pans to utensils and appliances, you'll find it all here.

With two bedrooms and one bathroom, our home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, walk in closets and dressers, ensuring a restful night's sleep and plenty of room for your personal items. The larger bedroom has a TV equipped with a Fire Stick. The bathroom is a jack-n-jill style, is spacious and offers plenty of storage. The dining room features a table with 4 chairs plus a separate desk/workstation. The living room has room for 4 people, with a comfy storage couch and large screen smart TV.

The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. There is a BBQ and patio table and 4 chairs covered by a shade sail. Perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

Located within walking distance to downtown Visalia, you'll have easy access to the city's vibrant restaurants, shops, and attractions. Plus, with Kaweah Delta Hospital just 0.3 miles away, this home is ideal for medical professionals or those visiting loved ones in the hospital.
