Located in the quiet, residential enclave of Skyline Heights, this house offers a level of privacy and space rarely found in New Providence. The home is situated on a lush lot characterized by mature mango, avocado, and poinciana trees. It is a secure, family-oriented neighborhood that maintains the classic charm of "Old Nassau" while remaining centrally located.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, including a dedicated study and a large multi-purpose room.
Bedroom 1: King size bed and ensuite bathroom | Bedroom 2: King size bed (can be split into two singles) and shared bathroom | Bedroom 3: Double bed and shared bathroom
Kitchen: Large oven, double fridge, drinks fridge, microwave and all the necessary requirements for cooking!
Outdoor Living: Outdoor seating and dining with a gorgeous pool set within a private garden
Utilities: Full laundry room
The Location
Skyline Heights is one of Nassau’s most respected "hidden gem" neighborhoods. It is known for its safety (being close the British High Commission and other notable homes with security). The serenity and tree-lined streets, offer a peaceful retreat from the busier tourist hubs while providing quick access to the island's main attractions like Bahamar Resort, and beaches. There are two other cottages on the property that have tenants (they keep themselves to themselves). You cannot see their cottages from the main house and they do not have access to the pool.
