All WaterSound guests have private deeded beach access via the Watersound West boardwalk.

FIRST FLOOR:
- Step inside the coastal modern decorated oasis.
- Right off the entry, there is a twin daybed with a twin trundle bedroom.
- Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located right behind the trundle bedroom.
- The open-concept floor makes the living space the perfect spot to entertain the whole family!
- The large, fully equipped kitchen is the place for your family's chef to live out their culinary dreams. Not much of a cook? No worries, sit back and enjoy the complimentary coffee while others do the work.
- Off the kitchen is the dining area, which seats up to 8 and an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island.
- Sit back and kick your feet up in the comfortable, spacious living room. With all the coastal cozy vibes, it will be hard to leave.
- If you need some fresh air, take a breather on the screened-in patio to enjoy the salty air.
- There is also a Queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet on this floor, with a door leading to the screened-in porch.

SECOND FLOOR:
- Walk up stairs into the relaxing loft area with cozy seating, the best place to slow down and chill out.
- Full bathroom with walk in shower is off the loft as well .
- Located next to the full bathroom is the Twin over Double Bunk bedroom.
- Down the hall is the Primary bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet, and the primary en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Also on this floor is a King bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

- The home has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Home features a laundry room and outdoor shower as well.
- Beach gear: we provide 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for your use, so you don't have to lug your gear down here!

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking available in the driveway - generally 3 cars will fit. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
