Inside, the space feels light, coastal, and easy to settle into. The open living area features comfortable seating, a TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility, making it a great fit for couples or small groups. The full kitchen includes everything needed for simple meals, beach-day snacks, and relaxed dinners in, while the dining nook offers a quiet spot to start the morning before heading out to the sand.

The bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the balcony, so ocean views are never far from view. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and in-home laundry add everyday convenience, helping keep longer beach stays simple and stress-free.

Step outside to the private balcony, where a dining table and seating create the perfect place for coffee at sunrise, casual meals with the sound of the waves, or evening drinks as the sky changes over the water. Home Truths:
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is unheated and open year-round from 8:00 AM to dusk. There is a community grill available in the pool area.
- Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port O Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Parking Details:
- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Clean, good mattress and pillows and extra bedding if needed. These condos have the best view of the ocean compared to anywhere else on the island that I have found so far. I do have a couple of issues though with the spaces. The biggest issue was 'comfortable' seating and lack of seating in the living room and bedroom. They have a couch which is not bad, that's where we had to sit the whole time when using that room. The two white chairs are too tiny for a regular size person and very uncomfortable, as was the one other chair in the den. The bedroom I believe had a similar uncomfortable chair as one of the den's chairs. I like to sit in either room, I've been at these condos multiple times, and have my coffee or meals while I look out at the beautiful views, or sit comfortably while I watch tv in the morning or evenings, but that isn't possible in this particular rental. To the owners, the chairs look nice, but just aren't comfortable in the least. We did have issues with seeing a few bugs, so it may be time to spray, but I know that pest control is hard at the beach so I don't want to go on about that. But please add some comfortable seating for ocean and tv viewing.
