Sanctuary: Private Alpine Residence for Retreats

Welcome to our Alpine Sanctuary, a peaceful mountain retreat located in the Austrian Alps, just about one hour from Vienna with easy access by public transport. The bus stop is only 10 meters from the residence, making arrival simple even without a car.
The distance to Vienna International Airport is approximately 78 km, and Vienna Central Station are also about 78 km away.

The house is a two-story guest residence designed for comfortable group stays, retreats, and relaxing mountain getaways.

Ground floor:
You will find the shared areas, including a cozy lounge/bar area and a large event room suitable for yoga, meditation, light exercise, dancing, or playing ping-pong. The event room can also be arranged for trainings or workshops and includes up to 30 additional chairs if needed.
There is also a small hall with two shared toilets.

Second floor:
All guest bedrooms are located here, along with a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and laundry capsules.

The bar drawers can be activated as a refrigerator using the switch in the middle of the bar. This is especially useful for groups or for rooms without a mini fridge.
