Welcome to your home away from home! We would love to host you in this fully updated, non-smoking condo centrally located in Fort Myers - minutes from vibrant downtown, beaches, shops, restaurants, and the airport. Perfect for couples, small families (up to 4 guests), or remote workers seeking a comfortable, extended stay with full amenities.
With 1,033 sq ft of space, the condo features a cozy living and dining area, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and laundry room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the screened in balcony with a partial view of one of two heated community pools. This second-floor condo (no elevator) offers privacy, updated comfort, and a prime location to enjoy all that sunny Fort Myers has to offer.
Guests at Venetian Palms can enjoy two heated pools, a hot tub, sauna, tennis court, sand volleyball court, exercise gym, library, ping pong table, clubhouse, and car wash station directly outside the unit. Access to amenities requires a key card available on check-in.

Centrally located off US Highway 41 with just 8 miles to Ft. Myers Beach, 10 miles to RSW Airport, 6 miles to downtown Ft. Myers waterfront where the sunsets will take your breath away, and close to Estero, Bonita, Sanibel, Naples, and Captiva Island.
Must be 25+ to rent. Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count to register with condo association.

• Maximum of 4 guests (ages 10+ recommended). Not suitable for babies, toddlers, small children. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.
Queen and King beds are not suitable for babies, toddlers, or small children. ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count.
• Recommended to book 10+ days in advance
Fees & Rules:
• $75 replacement fee per lost amenity key
• $250 cleaning fee; additional fee can apply if condo is left in a condition requiring more than basic cleaning.
• No Pets Allowed.
• No Smoking or any sort.
• Up to 2 vehicles allowed with parking pass. Parking at Venetian Palms requires a parking pass which will be arranged for your stay for pickup at the main office upon arrival. Car info will be required to obtain a parking sticker. If you rent a car, you can fill out a form with car info at the main office when you arrive to obtain a parking permit.
This unit offers a covered parking space and up to one more vehicle first come, first serve in available open spots.
Cars will be towed without parking pass.
