This beautiful, character-filled home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is thoughtfully designed for groups. With 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private backyard, it’s an ideal Minneapolis home base for gatherings with family and friends.
Unbeatable location — just steps from restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, galleries, and boutiques.
~ 5-min drive to Downtown Minneapolis
~ 15–20-min drive to the airport
~ 5-10 mins to sporting events (Vikings, Twins, Wolves, U of M)
This charming turn-of-the-century home offers comfort and flexibility that makes group trips easy.
MAIN LEVEL
Ideal for gathering with an open flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sunlit living room is cozy and welcoming, while the dining space comfortably brings everyone together for shared meals and conversation. A main-floor primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath adds convenience and privacy, along with an additional full bathroom.
UPPER LEVEL
Features two bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), a full bath, and a comfortable living area with its own kitchen—great for multi-family stays or groups who appreciate a little extra breathing room.
LOWER LEVEL
Features two bedrooms (1 King and 1 with two twin beds) and a dedicated office space, making longer stays or remote work easy and comfortable.

Guests have full access to the entire home.
I am always directly available to guests throughout their stays for questions, recommendations, and requests.
