Comfort and Coziness
The apartment features a lovingly furnished bedroom with sleeping accommodations for two. The open-concept living area combines coziness and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, is perfect for cooking together in the evenings.

The bathroom offers additional comfort with a shower and tub, while thoughtful details such as dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, a kettle, and a coffee maker ensure that you’ll have everything you need.
An initial supply of bed linens and towels (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel per person, 1 bath mat, and 2 dish towels) must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und bietet alle notwendigen technischen Einrichtungen. Sie liegt günstig und ruhig in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Bes. die Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen erlauben auch ohne eigenes Kfz vor Ort eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zu diversen Zielen, auch zum Bahnhof, der Regionalbahn- sowie ICE-Anschlüsse bietet. Ein Kritikpunkt betrifft den Innenhof vor dem Eingang. Dort kann man ungestört sitzen, aber die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wünschenswert wäre auch eine bessere Verdunklungsmöglichleit des Schlafraumes, was für etwas empfindlichere Personen zu einer Optimierung der Schlafqualität bzw. der Privatsphäre insgesamt beitragen würde.

Kleines Manko: Beim einwöchigen Aufenthalt ist das Starterpaket für die Küche und die Handtücher nicht ausreichend. Ausserdem ist das TV-Gerät zu klein für diesen Raum und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Wohnnähe sind sehr begrenzt.

Das Quartier hat uns sehr gut gefallen-von der Lage, der Anbindung und auch Ausstattung. Es gab aber ein paar kleine Mängel, die abgestellt werden sollten-dazu zählen: Starterkid für Spülmaschine, Menge an Toilettenpapier, weiße Handtücher-alles für Aufenthalt von mehr als 3 Tagen, TV-Gerät zu klein und entspricht nicht mehr den aktuellen Anforderungen.
