BEDROOMS & LAYOUT Four generous bedrooms provide the privacy and space essential for families, friends, or executive groups:
➤ Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed, private ensuite, and a balcony with leafy views. ➤ Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ample storage. ➤ Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each features two King Single beds—proper, full-sized beds for adults or children. ➤ Family Note: We provide baby gates for the stairs and a porta cot is available on request to ensure a stress-free stay for those with little ones.
OUTDOOR LIVING Enjoy the fresh air in your private outdoor terrace. Fully fenced and secure, it’s a perfect spot for a morning coffee or for children to play safely while you unwind.

What I Enjoy Most What I love most about this area is the effortless lifestyle it offers. My perfect morning starts with a short stroll to one of our incredible local cafes—the coffee culture here is second to none, and there’s always a friendly buzz in the air.
Just at the end of the street, you have the vast, green expanse of Victoria Park (Pakapakanthi). I never tire of watching the sunrise over the parklands or seeing the space transform during festival season. Whether it’s a morning jog, a sunset picnic, or being right in the heart of the action for the Tour Down Under and the Adelaide 500, having that much open space on your doorstep is a rare luxury. It truly is the best of both worlds: a quiet, beautiful retreat that is perfectly connected to everything Adelaide has to offer.
