Relax on multiple decks, unwind in the private hot tub, and cook outdoors on the gas BBQ. Inside, gather around the fireplace or enjoy the game room with wet bar and foosball table, plus second and third family rooms with Smart TVs. The home sleeps 14 and includes a 2-car garage and driveway parking with EV charger. Take in stunning Park City Mountain views just 7.6 miles from Park City Mountain, 8.6 miles to Deer Valley, and 21.2 miles to Soldier Hollow, with easy access to the Rail Trail, cross-country skiing, parks, and year-round outdoor adventure.

KID FRIENDLY:
The home is stocked with a Pack-N-Play crib, a High Chair, kid appropriate dishware, baby gate, outlet covers and fireplace guards. The hot tub is also protected by a cover that is too heavy for a child to operate. The home is cleaned with all natural cleaning products, all shampoos soaps and sundry cleaning items left for our guests are also natural products. The neighborhood has several large parks, one with a summer time splash pad and even a communal garden. The famous Rail Trail is very close by for long walks and bicycle rides into Park City or down to Echo Reservoir
MODERN CONVENIENCES:
A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the upper floor. A massive fully equipped chefs kitchen with large Island features a fridge, Professional Gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Coffee Service and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for up to 14+ guests. The large dining room table seats 8 and the large kitchen island has additional seating for another 6. Coffee service includes a traditional drip as well as a teapot, and a pour-over coffee maker. We provide ground coffee and various supplies, sweetener and creamer packets. You'll also find a blender and crock pot tucked away.

Whether you're sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the views in the living room, preparing a meal in the Chef's Kitchen, working remotely in a serene setting, or gearing up for a day on the slopes or in the backcountry, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately.
LOCATION: We are located in the Silver Creek neighborhood just East of highway 40 on the North side of Snyderville Basin in Park City. Deer Valley's new East Village is about 8.6 miles away. Park City proper is 8 miles. Sundance is 30 miles. Park City is a world renown ski town with two massive ski resorts, PCMR (Park City Mountain Resort 7.6 miles) and Deer Valley Resort 8.9 miles, Deer Valley East Village 8.6 miles and Olympic park 6.7 miles. As amazing as the winters are, the summers are even better and this home is the perfect hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, golfing, mountain biking (over 200 miles of gold rated mountain bike trails) but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible.
INSECTS/ETC: Park City is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services (uses natural and botanical oils) to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking.
