Located in the heart of Vouliagmeni opposite the central park and 2min walk to Oceanis Vouliagmeni beach, this place has the perfect location above a supermarket, café, pharmacy and sweet pastry shop, makes it the ideal place for your stay. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes bakery, public transport and a selection of the famous Vouliagmeni beaches to choose from and lake Vouliagmeni.
The space
The property is located on the second floor, walking in you will find an open plan area of the kitchen and lounge and you can walk out to a very cozy and spacious balcony overlooking a mountain view and the central park of Vouliagmeni. Two bedrooms, one with a double queen bed sharing the main balcony and the second room with either one single bed or two single beds forming a double depending on your group of guests with a back balcony. One bathroom with shower and toilet, a luxury cozy fully furnished apartment, all areas of the apartment have air conditioning.
Note there is a walk in strip from the entrance of the building with 4 sets of 3 stairs each till you get to an elevator, on the second floor there is another short walk to the entrance of the apartment with another 2 sets of stairs.
