Experience the best of downtown Chattanooga's historic buildings. Originally built in 1915 as the Park Hotel, has recently gone through massive renovation to accommodate residents and guest. This fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath modern suite at The Park Hotel is located just steps from top restaurants, bars, shopping, the riverfront, and major attractions, a unit designed for comfort, convenience, and style.
This unit features a bright living room with a smart TV, exposed brick, designer décor, and natural light. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and everything you need for cooking or extended stays. The spacious bedroom offers a queen size bed, soft linens, and a second TV—perfect for relaxing after exploring Chattanooga. Located on the second floor at the end of the hallway. This suite provides added privacy and a quiet, comfortable environment. With easy accessibility to the Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga Riverwalk, UT Chattanooga campus, the Southside District, Warehouse Row, and Downtown office buildings. This space is ideal for business travelers, couples, families, solo guests, hospital visitors, and long-term stays. If you're looking for a modern, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Chattanooga, this is it.

Enter building through the main entrance, 24-hour pin access to building and unit come and go as you please.
**Our Elevator is currently under maintenance and unavailable until end of April 2026.

Welcome to the upper east side of Chattanooga a quiet neighborhood nestled between the courthouse, theaters, food, and shopping.
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft are an easy and affordable option. If you want to enjoy a self-tour of the city though, there is a bike/scooter rental on Georgia Ave.
Other Things to Note:
Street parking is available on 7th St, Walnut St and Cherry St.
A 5 story parking deck is also accessible from Cherry St. You can drive up to the third floor of the parking deck for walk out access onto Walnut St. Pay to park is $8 for the day.
Both street and garage parking is free after 6 PM and weekends.

The property is a keyless entry building, meaning we won't hassle you unless you need us. However, you are welcome to reach out with any needs before you arrive or during your stay.
