Vacation apartment on the upper floor of the house:



• Living room with sitting area, dining area, and satellite TV

• 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed

• 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (bed linens available for rent; please bring your own towels)

• Kitchen with pantry, dishes, etc.

• Bathroom with shower/toilet

• Crib and high chair for children up to 2 years old, €10.00 each (one-time fee)

• Terrace with seating and grill for exclusive use

• Pets are not allowed in this apartment!



The Grauer Esel house is located near the beach in the small island village of Gollwitz, right on the village pond.
The vacation apartments are located on the first floor and first floor.
The property includes a large play and sunbathing area with playground equipment and parking.
A bus stop is located about 50 meters away. There is also a small snack shop nearby in the FIP Ferienpark (subject to seasonal opening hours). There are also a few restaurants in the area. The natural beach with its offshore bird sanctuary is only 200 meters away.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in July and August! Pets are strictly prohibited in units 321, 322, and on the 3rd floor!



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
