Welcome to this pet friendly, 3 bed 1 bath (1st floor), renovated apt w/large living room and direct access to fenced yard.
Kitchen: Full-sized appliances which include, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, laundry, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, utensils.
Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed, desk, smart tv, blackout curtains, noise machine, full mirror
Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen sized bed, smart tv, blackout curtains, noise machine, full mirror
Living Room: couch, desk w/monitor, 65"TV
Other things to note
For reservations that include pets, the guest agrees to mandatory monthly cleanings at a rate of $100 per month. Cleanings are scheduled every 30 days to maintain the condition of the apartment and are not optional.
These visits are surface-level cleanings specifically focused on pet-related areas and concerns (such as fur, dander, odors, and minor surface wear). They are not full housekeeping or deep-cleaning services.
**Optional Housekeeping Services**
Our optional housekeeping service provides a thorough cleaning of the common areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, available for $150.
Bedroom cleanings are available for an additional $40 per bedroom and include fresh linens and towel laundering, helping keep your stay comfortable and refreshed.
If guests request bedroom-only cleaning, a minimum of two (2) bedrooms is required.
If the common areas are included, the minimum bedroom requirement does not apply.
