This rental was very clean, and over all a good experience. We had clean and comfortable bed to sleep in, a nice bathroom, working AC, and this location was close to all of the activities we had planned for our stay. I do agree with other reviewers though, that is it a bit inconvenient to go through 3 doors to get to the apartment, and parking at night when the restaurant below was crowded could be tricky at times, however there is another lot on the other side of the building.

This property is a hidden gem! Finding the entrance can be a little tricky at first, but once inside, the apartment is absolutely lovely and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect, with plenty of great dining options nearby—including a fantastic restaurant right downstairs.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with the check-in process. We were in town for a soccer tournament, so having an in-unit laundry machine was an absolute lifesaver.Excellent location, great value, fantastic amenities, and a very clean space. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was just as it appeared. Very cute, clean, and comfortable, including very comfortable beds. I’d definitely book here again.

Host was always very responsive. Place is clean and in a good location. Fairly easy to get to places. Had a great time. Entrance is not obvious to get in but the host described it great and then didnt have any issues.

We didn't receive our check-in directions until 2 hours after check-in time and not until I contacted VRBO. Once I did, the response was ok via the app, but not quick. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. Access was through a bar patio where people were smoking and enjoying drinks. Not an issue for us but may be for some.

There was no disclosure on the listing that this apartment is directly above a bar/lounge, and there was very loud music until around 1 a.m. on Saturday night. The unit itself was very clean and nicely furnished, and the location was convenient. However, there were bugs around the kitchen area when we entered, and it seemed like the garbage disposal may not have been working properly. Entering the building was also not very intuitive, and I only received the entry and Wi-Fi codes after messaging the host. Overall, the apartment has some positives, but the noise issues affected the stay.

Check-in was a hassle. No instructions were sent, I had to message and ask for them, and when we arrived there was no instructions on where to park or where the entrance door was located. We ended up finding a woman who happened to know what were talking about and she showed us where the door was and how to use the various codes that were sent by the host. Once we got inside the air was off and it was over 100 degrees in the room. There were no instructions on how to turn the air units on, and the remotes seemed to make no sense, we were able to eventually figure it out and get the room to cool down. There is also no cold water or hot water, it is lukewarm in the kitchen and the bathroom, we tried various ways to get the water hotter and colder (turning the knobs different ways, letting the water run, etc.) but it stayed the same temperature. The room is also above a restaurant and every morning you have to walk out into a group of men that are smoking, there is no way to avoid them as this is the only door in and out, and they were there every day. Besides those issues, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The listing showed a map but it was not the correct location. The pictures of the rental did not include the very tall staircase which was the only way to an apartment above a business and did not say it took 3 separate security codes to even get in the apartment.. When I entered there was trash by the door and on the kitchen counter, a rug that was still rolled up, and beds that were not made. When I contacted the host he refused to refund the money even though no one was going to stay there. The host blamed Vrbo but it was up to the host to refund the money.
