The Gulf is approximately 100 feet from your lanai, making beach days effortless—especially for families. Enjoy morning coffee while watching dolphins, kiteboarders, and seabirds, or unwind in the evening as the sun sets over the water. Sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the Gulf breeze on the lanai while keeping the interior cool and comfortable.
