This beautiful, bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment building was completed in October 2020 and is situated in the center of Bockhorn, a tranquil town with about 5,000 residents. Restaurants, bakeries with cafés, and shopping options are all within a 5-minute walk. From here, you can embark on lovely excursions, such as to Dangast, Varel Harbor, or the North Sea coast.

The apartment offers 64 m² of living space, plus a spacious 11 m² rooftop terrace with a view of the Neuenburg Primeval Forest. The large, light-filled living area combines the dining area, kitchen, and living room.

All windows are equipped with electric blinds, and all rooms feature underfloor heating and are furnished with pieces from our own furniture collection.

At the rear of the apartment is the bedroom, which features a high-quality double bed measuring 180x200 cm. The dresser and closet offer plenty of storage space, even for longer stays. As an additional sleeping option, the spacious living area features a sleeper sofa for two people with a sleeping surface measuring 140x200 cm.

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a separate guest restroom.

Behind the house is a well-lit parking lot; an electric vehicle charging station is available upon request. Bicycles can be stored in a separate room in the outbuilding. A power outlet for charging e-bikes is provided.
