Speicher N°1 - Blauregen

The Speicher No. 1 is an old brick building in Waren an der Müritz that has been lovingly renovated to create a welcoming living space.

A free public parking lot is located directly in front of the building.
It’s a 5-minute walk to the old town center and the city harbor.
A bike rental shop is just 500 m away. A bakery and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity.
The “Blauregen” vacation rental is one of a total of four vacation rentals.

Our two-story “Blauregen” duplex vacation rental is designed for families and groups. It sleeps 6, plus a crib and 2 additional rollaway beds.

The heart of the home is the comfortable living/dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. The 5-burner gas stove alone shows that this kitchen is designed to cook for large groups.
The large table is perfect for dining, playing games, or enjoying long conversations with friends. The comfortable sofa area offers plenty of space to relax.

Hidden in the cabinet is a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and USB ports. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.

The floorboards and the white-glazed wooden studs contribute to the apartment’s rustic character, as does the stylish selection of colors and furniture. You’ll discover many charming details throughout this apartment. It gets especially cozy when the round clay masonry stove is roaring. Let us know if you’d like us to light it for you.

A highlight is the spacious bathroom with a freestanding tub and a brick-lined shower.

Another shower room is located on the lower level, helping to prevent morning traffic jams.

From the kitchen-diner, you have direct access to the large rooftop terrace with comfortable patio furniture.
